WE SHIP SUPER FAST!
We know you are excited to receive your item so we make every effort to ship next business day. There are circumstances that prevent this sometimes but most orders ship next business day.

FREE SHIPPING Over $20 (USA only)
All orders made and shipped from our studio in Jacksonville, Florida.

International orders ship via USPS First Class International. International customers are responsible for any taxes, duties or customs charges incurred by your country/customs.

DiDN'T ARRIVE ON TIME
If you chose priority shipping at checkout we will ship your item via USPS Priority Shipping which is a 1-3 business day service depending on your zip code. This does not include the production time to make your item. It starts once we ship and the USPS has the package. Please note that the USPS does not guarantee their delivery service will be 1-3 business days therefore we cannot guarantee that either. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

LOST IN THE MAIL
If your item is deemed as lost by the USPS (domestic only) we will send a replacement. Please contact us if you think your order might be lost according to the USPS tracking info provided with your order. It's a good idea to double check the shipping address provided with your order for accuracy.

DAMAGED UPON RECEIPT
If you receive your item and it's damaged please contact us right away. Please do not wait! We need to hear from you immediately upon receipt. We will require photos of the damage. We cover damage by the USPS so we will send you a replacement asap.

RETURNS
Non-customized items in perfect, original, clean and unused condition in the original packaging for return. You are responsible for trackable return shipping. Returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee and are less our original shipping cost. Shipping charges are not refundable. Customized items are not eligible for return. If you have a problem with your order please reach out to us and we'll do whatever we can to help you.

CANCELLATIONS
Once completed and placed, your personalized order is immediately sent to our production que so that we may offer you expedient service, with orders often personalized and shipped within 24 hours! Understandably, cancellations or changes to personalized orders cannot be accepted once you have completed and placed your order. Completion of your order or proof approval confirms and acknowledges that you have reviewed and verified the accuracy of your entire order before it was submitted.

RETURN POLICY
We must first be informed of any returns or exchanges via email upon receipt before shipping out your items
Authorized returns must be received by us within 14 days of the item's delivery
Merchandise must be unused and in perfect condition to qualify for return
Merchandise must be accompanied by the invoice and original packaging
All returns may be subject to our restocking fee. Fees are determined by the product type.
Refunds are less our original shipping cost. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

COUPON CODES
Discount codes must be applied at time of checkout. You must press "Apply" to see the order total updated
We cannot adjust any prices after the order has been submitted
Only one code can be used on a purchase
Coupon codes cannot be applied to previous purchases, nor can they be retroactively applied after an order has been placed

If you receive your item and there is any problem please let us know right away. If we have made a mistake we will send a replacement item asap.
